about the venue
The Falls at Whitetail Ranch is a private events venue located in the heart of Calhoun, GA conveniently off exit 315, I-75 N.
We offer 30 private landscaped acres that we are ready to fill with the best artisanal vendors NW Georgia (& beyond) has to offer.
The Falls includes a large 3,700 sq. ft. pavilion, 6 acre lake with gorgeous fountain and waterfall, wooden bridge & dock on the lake, a rustic cabin, large farmhouse & much more!
We host celebrations and events including weddings, engagements, birthdays, reunions, corporate events & so much more!

What is the date of Something Blue – Market at The Falls?
Saturday, June 28th from 10am – 5pm! We will open our gates to the public at 9:45am.
Do you offer on-site parking?
Yes! Parking is conveniently located next to the covered pavilion.
Are there restrooms on-site?
Yes! We have multiple restrooms available.
Is there a cost to come to Market at The Falls?
NO! This event is FREE to the public! Family friendly for children of all ages.
Are you pet friendly?
Unfortunately we are a non-pet friendly venue. Service animals however are permitted!
I’m a local vendor, can I participate?
Yes! We would LOVE to have you join us! Something Blue Market at The Falls will be a reoccurring event for the public at The Falls at Whitetail Ranch. We will be hosting different types of Markets highlighting local businesses!

Will there be food?
Yes! We will have a food court styled Food Truck area! This will include local Food Trucks, Beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and tables and chairs to enjoy your lunch picnic style.
